ICE Victim's Bags: Lawyer Claims Salt, Not Drugs, in Arizona Case
HOUSTON — Small bags inside a van whose driver was killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent contained salt, not drugs, said a lawyer for a witness, contradicting federal agents.
