Flagstaff City Council Primary: Former County Recorder Takes Early Lead

Initial results from Tuesday’s primary election, released at 8 p.m. by the Coconino County Elections Department, showed former Coconino County recorder Patty Hansen leading the field of candidates for Flagstaff City Council.
