Kuttz Barbershop and One of One Barber Lounge Host Annual Back-to-School Event on Aug. 9

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, at 2219 E. 7th Ave., free haircuts and backpacks will be available to any student from kindergarten through high school.
