Two of Phoenix’s nationally acclaimed cocktail bars are joining forces for an immersive experience that turns a night of drinks into a high-stakes, rum-running adventure. Smuggler’s Run, a collaboration between Carry On and Platform 18 at Century Grand, takes guests from a simulated airplane to a private motorcoach and, finally, aboard a train for cocktails, bites, and, of course, a few scrumptious surprises along the way.
