Democrats accuse Arizona administration of stalling critical transit projects statewide

Congressional Democrats have accused the Federal Transit Administration and White House budget office of stymieing grants meant for major transit construction projects around the country, stalling efforts to expand subways, railroads and bus infrastructure.
