The City of Surprise is partnering with Vitalant Blood Donation to host a blood drive from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, inside the Community Room in Surprise City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plz. Community members who want to participate are encouraged to schedule an appointment through the Vitalant website using the Blood Drive Code p1T62.
