ACLU voluntarily drops its legal challenge against the Arizona immigration law

The ACLU said Wednesday that “there is no indication that any law enforcement agency or prosecutor in Arizona is enforcing Section 5” so far. But its statement also emphasized that future legal action was not out of the question.
