After Decades in Limbo, Flagstaff’s Kowboy Doe Finally Identified 46 Years Later

County officials confirmed the newly-identified remains were those previously known as “Kowboy John Doe,” so called for their discovery near John Avery’s Kowboy Kountry Club.
