Kingman Parade Set to Draw More Than 1,000 Participants to Downtown Streets

The 56th Annual Andy Devine Day Parade will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, with 105 entries and more than 1,000 participants expected. Leading this year’s parade as Grand Marshal will be Sam Elters, former Mohave County Manager and State Engineer, longtime Kingman resident, and current member of the Arizona State Transportation Board.
