Inside Flagstaff City Hall: What is Shaping the Future of Northern Arizona

The City of Flagstaff has begun replacing the City Hall roof. As part of the project, the contractor will place plywood on areas of the City Hall lawn for vehicular access, which is required before driving on park grounds, athletic fields and civic grass spaces.
