Letter to the Editor: Persistent Conflicts of Interest Have Never Prompted Aslan to Recuse Himself

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito recently recused himself from a Supreme Court climate case because he has investments in energy companies. Avoiding a possible conflict of interest was clearly the ethical choice to make.
