Republican gubernatorial nominee vows to phase out NM income tax under bold new economic plan

New Mexico’s Republican gubernatorial nominee, former Rio Rancho Mayor Gregg Hull, on Monday announced his plan to gradually phase out the state’s personal income tax if elected governor on Nov. 3.
