Flagstaff voters greenlight one of two critical funding packages for police and fire departments

As of Friday, Proposition 404 seemed to be dead in the water, with 53.73% of voters opposed and only 46.27% in support, while Proposition 405 had 51.85% of voters in support with 48.15% opposed.
