El Pollo Loco Celebrates Soft Opening in Prescott Valley

El Pollo Loco officially welcomed customers during its soft opening on Monday, June 8 , bringing its signature fire-grilled chicken and Mexican-inspired menu to Prescott Valley. The restaurant opened its doors at 10 a.m., giving community members an opportunity to be among the first to experience the newest dining option in town. Guests can enjoy a variety of menu items, including fire-grilled chicken meals, tostada
