Prescott Valley Police Uphold City Standards with Urban Camping Rules Enforcement

The Prescott Valley Police Department (PVPD) is enforcing Prescott Valley Town Ordinance 2024-946, also known as Town Code 10-01-180 “Urban Camping”. This ordinance prohibits anyone from setting up a temporary living area on any private or public property.
