While trauma cases and medical needs often increase during the busy summer months, blood donations tend to decline as people travel and step away from their normal routines. That’s why every donation matters. The City of Peoria is partnering with Vitalant to host a community blood drive on Thursday, July 16, 2026, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m
