Beginning July 6, 2026, Julie Graham will serve as the city’s Communications and Public Affairs Manager. With over 25 years of experience in public sector communications, Julie’s background includes managing a regional health district communications department and overseeing risk and outbreak communications projects for the World Health Organization.
