Prosecutors Decline Fourth Rape Trial for Harvey Weinstein

NEW YORK — The Manhattan district attorney’s office moved to drop a third-degree rape charge against Harvey Weinstein on Thursday, declining to proceed with what would have been his fourth criminal trial in New York.
