Surprise Warehouse Conversion for Immigrant Detention Faces Review Delays

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes announced an environmental review would be needed for the Surprise warehouse Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security plan to convert to an immigration detention center.
