Give the Gift of Life: A Vital Blood Drive Arrives in Surprise

The City of Surprise is partnering with Vitalant Blood Donation to host a blood drive from 7 – 11 a.m. on July 9, 2026, at the Surprise Stadium parking lot, 15930 N. Bullard Ave. Members of the community who wish to participate are encouraged to schedule an appointment through the Vitalant website . Although walk-ins are welcome, those with an appointment will be given priority. Vitalant is currently experiencing an urgent need for type O blood. About 46% of the population has type O blood
