ACLU Challenges Arizona's Immigration Enforcement Law in Court

One of the provisions of the ballot measure would make crossing the U.S.-Mexico border outside of a port of entry a state-level crime, and make state and local law enforcement officials responsible for arresting undocumented immigrants.
